approach to our customers letting them decide when to call for

All of our services our offered via
phone and remote access only. We will discuss the problem with you
first, and then offer you the solution to suit your needs. If your
machine can be fixed or question answered, we charge one low fee of
$99.00. If the PC cannot be repaired, we will not charge you for the
initial troubleshooting or support.
