It is quiet annoying to get stubborn adware and spyware on your PC. However, you can take some immediate steps to clean your pc by removing the adware. In case, your pc is heavily infected, you need access to a clean pc to download the required tools. 1. Disconnect your pc from the Internet

You fist need to close all open browser windows and applications on your pc including email and disconnect your pc from the Internet. If it’s easier to access the back side of the pc, you can take out the phone line or cable that connects the PC to the modem or router. 6. Undo the Residual Damage

1)      To ensure this, you should first reset your browser by performing the steps below without opening the Internet Explorer:

  • Right-click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop and select ‘Properties’
  • Click on the ‘Programs’ tab and select the ‘Reset Web Settings’ button
  • Click ‘Apply’
  • Click ‘OK’

2)      Once you have reset the browser, open your Internet browser.
